Deposit transfer time: Starting at 9am on January 29, 2022
If after 24h00 on January 29, 2022, the customer does not confirm the deposit transfer, the sales department will open the apartment and put it in the shopping cart.

Deposit process

1. Payment schedule for Vietnamese customers

❖ Subjects of application: All customers buying Vietnam

❖ Customer pays 25% and Bank disburses 45% until handover. The disbursement progress will be notified to the Client by the Investor.

❖ Grace period for principal and interest for 34 months from disbursement date or until handover date, whichever comes first

("Grace period")

❖ During the grace period, early repayment fee under the loan contract at the Bank designated by the Investor is 0%

2. Payment schedule for Vietnamese customers who do not use the Support Bank program and
Foreign customers

❖Applicable objects: All Vietnamese customers who do not use the loan program of the nominated bank
by the Investor and all Foreign Customers who rent or buy apartments
