Customer referral policy
  • If an existing customer successfully introduces a new customer, they will receive a 2% referral fee of the selling/renting price of the apartment that the new customer buys/rents. Recipients of the referral fee will pay personal income tax as prescribed by law.
  • Existing customers include all customers who have made a deposit or signed an apartment sale/lease contract.
  • The referral fee under this policy is calculated on the apartment price excluding VAT and maintenance fee after deducting all promotions.

Loyalty policy
  • If the current customer buys a new apartment, the new apartment will be discounted by 2% of the total selling price excluding VAT and maintenance fee, after deducting all other promotions.
  • Existing customers include all customers who have made a deposit or signed an apartment sale/lease contract.

Loan support policy
  • Banks support loans up to 70% of the apartment value.
  • The investor supports the maximum interest rate of 9%/year, within 18 months from the date of first disbursement.
  • The bank gives grace to the principal for 18 months from the date of first disbursement.
